The terms for text messages from iTOP Recovery: what we send, how often, and how to stop or get help.

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by iTOP Recovery ("iTOP," "we," "us," or "our"), a physical therapy clinic with locations in Lubbock, Colleyville, and Irving, Texas. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program Name and Description
Program name: iTOP Recovery Patient Text Messages
If you consent to receive text messages from iTOP Recovery, you may receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling, follow-ups after a visit or request, and customer care, including replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How to Opt In
- Check the optional SMS consent box on our appointment request form and enter your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit a request.
- Tell our clinic staff that you would like to receive text messages from iTOP Recovery.
If you text one of our clinic numbers first, we will reply to your message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to receive text messages at that number. Text message consent for athletes under 18 should be given by a parent or guardian. If your mobile number changes, please reply STOP from the old number and opt in again with the new one.
Health Information
Our text messages are used for scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and customer care. Please do not send medical history or other sensitive health details by text. Health information related to your care is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Privacy
Your mobile number and text message consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
